Child Trust Fund
The Child Trust Fund (CTF) is a Government initiative aimed at giving children a financial head start in life. The Government gives your newborn baby a £250 voucher to start their Child Trust Fund account and then you, your family and friends can add savings of your own to provide your child with a nice lump sum at age18, when only they will be able to access it.
The money could go towards their first car, to fund university or to help them onto the housing ladder. Wouldn't it be great to give your kids a financial helping hand at 18 to help put their plans into action?
It's important to act now!
There are various type of accounts available from many different providers. As a new parent you already have a lot on your hands, but it is important that you make the right decision because choosing the right account now could really make a big difference to what your child will eventually receive in the future. What's more, the sooner you use your voucher, the sooner it will be invested.
If you do nothing, the Government will invest the voucher for you, and it will be randomly assigned between the providers available. While you can transfer your child's account at any time, wouldn't you prefer to know that your child's voucher has been invested with one of the UK's leading Child Trust Fund account providers from the beginning?
That's why Bounty Money has teamed up with leading provider Family Investments to bring you a Child Trust Fund account that is carefully managed and simple to set up online, by telephone or post.
